📦 Shipping

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
  • You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our candles, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hearthandmil@gmail.com. We’ll gladly make it right.


📬 Damaged Items

If your product is damaged during shipping, email us at hearthandmil@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll offer a replacement or store credit based on availability.


🕯️ Candle Care Reminder

To get the most out of your candle, please refer to our Candle Care page. Improper burning (e.g., tunneling, overheating) is not considered a defect.
